I paid a cash deposit for work on two pairs of shoes that was not completed. When I ultimately took my shoes back without the work being done, my deposit was not refunded.

Jessy told me that my two pairs of shoes would be completed by a specific date. When I arrived for pickup, the shoes had not been worked on. I was told that he was waiting on special, expensive materials. I ultimately convinced him to let me take my shoes back untouched.

When I asked for my cash deposit back, he refused and told me to take him to court, saying that he “always wins.”
